Philip Hill is the founder of F.I.T Beyond Therapy. He lives in Tullahoma, TN and enjoys spending time with his family, sports, and working out. He is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and has a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology. He has 14 years of experience working in multiple settings with all populations from orthopedics to geriatric. His athletic training experience has allowed him to work with athletes from elementary to college to improve their body control, strength, and decrease their injury chances. He has a passion for helping people of all ages reach their highest level of mobility and strength to overcome their limitations/weaknesses through exercise, functional training, and proper technique.
Kelsey Woodruff is from Christiana, TN. Kelsey is currently employed at Motlow State Community College and serves as the institution’s assistant softball coach. Kelsey pursued her academic and softball career as a student-athlete at Motlow State Community College before transferring to Middle Tennessee State University. Kelsey graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and minored in Health and Human Performance and Business. She also holds a certification from Precision Nutrition. She is active in the CrossFit community as a member of CrossFit Barbell Battalion in Murfreesboro. Kelsey has a deep passion for helping others because of the pride and joy that comes with witnessing others accomplish their goals. It is extremely rewarding to see someone succeed and know that you played even the slightest role in their journey.
Bradly Chapin is a Physical Therapist Assistant from Lynchburg, Tennessee. In 2009, he graduated from Martin Methodist College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. In 2013, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University. Bradly returned to school to pursue his passion for helping others by becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018 from Chattanooga State Community College.
Bradly currently lives in Tullahoma, Tennessee where he spends most of his spare time coaching his two sons’ baseball, basketball, and football teams. He is excited to be a part of F.I.T Beyond Therapy where he believes his education coupled with his personal experience in fitness will make him a value to the people of all ages.
Chelsea Thompson is from Elizabethton, TN. She graduated from King University with a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training where She played collegiate basketball for four years. Since undergrad, she has gained experience working in many settings with athletes and the general population to improve their health and functional fitness. She believes that everyone has the ability to improve their strength and mobility no matter their age.
Sarabeth Seagreaves is from Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters of Science in Athletic Training. She is currently working on a few more certifications in order to better serve all populations. She really loves fitness, injury prevention, & the holistic approach to wellness.
Timothy Davis is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Collegiate Athlete and Amateur Bodybuilder. He had 5+ years of experience working with athletes on college teams, high school teams, bodybuilders, individual athletes, and general population wanting to improve their health and function.
Kristine Sweezey is from Alexandria, Virginia and is a student physical therapist at the University of New England. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University. Kristine is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Physiologist. She played a variety of sports growing up which naturally led her to work with high level athletes preparing to return to sport, enhance current performance, and prevent future injuries with intelligent programming. She enjoys training ACL injuries and overhead athletes with shoulder pain. In her free time, Kristine enjoys lifting weights, hiking, and playing spikeball. (Online programming/Telehealth only)
